This is a concept for a hypothetical pickleball bar. I wanted to tap into the retro character design style of the early twentieth century by creating the custom pickle mascot logo. Additionally, I wanted the concept to feel vintage, fresh, and fun. The blend of bold and hand-lettered typography evokes a certain era, while the bright orange and witty copy radiates a sense of fun and unpretentiousness. Most of all, I wanted to conceptualize a place where I would want to have a pint. Or three!
